This A-line tie shoulder dress uses thin blue and silver ribbons for the shoulder straps. They are adjustable, which allows you to use the dress for two years: the first as a dress and the second as a shirt. On one side of this reversible dress the background is blue and there are snow flakes and snow swirls whisping around. At the bottom of this side of the dress, there is a ribbon that reads "Let it Snow". The other side of this dress is a bright white with the same blue and silver ribbon from the shoulder straps for trim at the bottom. This dress does not come with the shirt shown. Size 2.
